Ufa enterprise "UEC-UMPO" failed to recover 15.8 million rubles from the Federal Bailiff Service. The Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region rejected the engine builders' claim for compensation of losses related to the non-execution of a court decision.
"UEC-UMPO" was trying to get compensation for the impossibility of recovering the debt from the Moscow region company "Technological Platforms of the XXI Century." The writ of execution was transferred to the Solnechnogorsk District Department of the Federal Bailiff Service back in 2019.
The plaintiff believed that the bailiffs had not taken effective measures to enforce the court decision during this time.
However, the court decided that the mere fact of non-execution of a court decision does not serve as a basis for compensation of losses at the expense of the state.
It should be reminded that the main products of "UEC-UMPO" (part of the United Engine Corporation of Rostec) are engines for aircraft of the Su-27 family (AL-31F engine), Su-30 (AL-31F and AL-31FP engines), Su-25 (R-95Sh and R-195), Su-35S (AL-41F-1S) and Su-57 (AL-41F-1).
