The Russian government has approved a new list of generating power facilities to be built in the price zones of the wholesale electricity market. The corresponding order has been published on the official website of the Cabinet.
The document defines the list of stations and technical requirements for them. The main part of the projects is concentrated in the south of Russia, where it is planned to build several energy facilities at once. Three stations based on the Trudovaya GRES will appear in Crimea, which will begin supplying power in November and December 2027, as well as in January 2028. The Tavricheskaya TPP was commissioned in July 2029.
In the Krasnodar Territory, it is planned to build three Udarnaya TPP facilities with commissioning in July 2029, January and July 2030, two power units of the Dinskaya TPP (January 2030), the power unit of the Krasnodar CHP (November 2028), the Dzhugbinskaya TPP (January 2030) and the Sochi TPP (January 2033).
In Central Russia, the Kashirskaya GRES in the Moscow region, which will begin supplying power in December 2030, as well as CHP-25 "Novaya" (December 2027) and CHP-26 "Novaya" (December 2028) in Moscow, are included in the construction plan.
The Perm CHP-14 will be built in the Urals with commissioning in January 2032, and the Saratov CHP-2 will be built in the Volga region, which is scheduled to be commissioned in January 2034.
