Plants producing windows and concrete have opened in the DPR. Ruslan Teryaev, director of "Line of Life," stated that the company is also actively developing natural resources and producing non-metallic building materials such as crushed stone.
By involving related industries in our corporate sphere, the following enterprises were created: "Line of Windows" - a plant for the production of metal-plastic window structures for panoramic glazing. The enterprise will produce up to 16 thousand PVC structures per month and 5 thousand aluminum structures per month.
At a meeting with the head of the republic, Denis Pushilin, Teryaev presented projects for new residential complexes. The company has begun developing the Anadolskoye deposit for the production of crushed stone and launched a plant for the production of concrete and mortar mixtures. The produced products will be used both at its own construction sites and sold to other clients.
The company intends to implement six residential complex projects in Donetsk by 2035. About 7 billion rubles of investment are planned for the first complex, while documents are being prepared for the remaining projects. In total, "Line of Life" plans to build 3 million square meters of housing in the region over 15 years.
