In 2025, the Russian Navy (VMF) received 19 ships and three submarines. This was announced by the head of the Presidential Administration's department for state policy in the field of the defense industry, Viktor Evtukhov.
According to him, domestic designs were used in the construction of each ship. Import substitution in the Navy has reached almost 100%.
I want to say once again that we have the most modern navy. This has been confirmed not only by Russian, but also by international experts.
Evtukhov noted that the accepted ships included the strategic nuclear submarine missile carrier "Knyaz Pozharsky" of project 955 "Borey", two new non-nuclear submarines of project 636.3 "Varshavyanka", as well as "Velikiye Luki" of project 677 "Lada".
In addition, it is known that among the surface ships, the patrol ship "Viktor Veliky" of project 22160, the missile ship "Stavropol" of project 21631 "Buyan-M" and the missile ship "Typhoon" of project 22800 "Karakurt" were accepted into the fleet.
