Sergey Kondratyev, a postgraduate student at Lipetsk Polytechnic, presented the innovative Razrabotics Aerokinesis technology for controlling drones, based on hand movement recognition. The development was demonstrated at the federal forum "TechPred-2025" and was included in the fifty best startups in Russia.

The UAV control system does not require the use of a remote control or other devices. The operator can control the drone by performing certain hand movements, which the system recognizes and converts into control commands.

The development has a wide range of applications — from cargo delivery to participation in rescue operations.
