The number of charging sessions for electric vehicles is actively increasing in Moscow. Since the beginning of the year, more than 600 thousand electric charges have been carried out at the electric charging stations (ECS) "Energy of Moscow", which is 36% more compared to the same period in 2024. For the convenience of drivers, access to free charging stations and their booking is carried out through the "Moscow Transport" application.
Deputy Mayor Maxim Liksutov emphasized that interest in the charging network in the city is steadily growing, and its development remains an important area of work. The stations are located in places with high traffic — in the parking lots of shopping centers, near gas stations and in residential areas, in order to maximize the needs of electric vehicle owners.
Currently, the "Energy of Moscow" ECS is available in 100 districts of the capital, which demonstrates the active development of infrastructure for electric transport.
