The company "Blauf" from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky (part of the "Norebo" group) has filed a lawsuit in the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region against PJSC "Shipbuilding Plant "Severnaya Verf" (part of the United Shipbuilding Corporation). The amount of the claim is 3.1 billion rubles.
Details of the requirements have not yet been published on the court's website, the date for the hearing of the case on the merits has not been set.
As a reminder, Severnaya Verf is one of the largest Russian shipbuilding enterprises. The company specializes in building warships for the Russian Navy, as well as civilian vessels of various purposes.
The main products are modern multi-purpose ships, for example, frigates of project 22350 ("Admiral Gorshkov") and corvettes of projects 20380/20385.
The main activity of the company "Blauf" is marine fishing, primarily the extraction of pollock, cod, and herring in the Far Eastern fishery basin.
