The cars of the new train have 24 LEDs installed in the headlights, which adapt their brightness when entering the station and dim when crossing an oncoming train in a double-track tunnel. The operation of the lighting elements in the tunnel was also checked.

By the end of the year, another 40 cars of the "Moscow-2026" series will be put into operation in the metro. Currently, the first train is being tested, which must travel more than 300 kilometers without any problems to enter the Zamoskvoretskaya line.

In the next 2 years, we plan to receive more than 700 more cars, which will run on the Zamoskvoretskaya and future Rublevo-Arkhangelskaya lines.
Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow
