The "Tekhnograd" plant has commissioned a new SoSS-8 grain drying unit at the production facility of "Dubrovinsky" LLC in Perm Krai. The unit is equipped with a TBG-2.1M air heater and is designed for a capacity of up to 20 tons/hour.
The dryer consists of eight small drying cells (2.5 tons/hour each) with separate medium-pressure fans and grain filling sensors. Diverters are installed between the cells, which perform the functions of resting zones for heated grain and change the direction of exhaust heat carrier removal.
In 2025, about 3,000 tons of grain with a moisture content of 17% to 24% have already been processed on the new equipment. The new unit will optimize the drying process and increase the efficiency of the complex.
