It is now much faster to find out the status of an application submitted on "Gosuslugi". Notifications on the progress of the most popular services are sent not only to the personal account of the portal, but also to the "Gosuslugi" bot in the Max messenger. It is verified with a blue checkmark.
Messenger users will be able to check accrued fines and pay them in the application. The Ministry of Digital Development emphasizes that information is organized for important social, as well as the most popular services.
