Motorinvest has announced plans to increase the localization of Evolute car production at the plant in the Lipetsk region. New welding and painting lines for bodies have been put into operation. The company is introducing small-node assembly.
The transition to new production cycles will increase the output of hybrid vehicles, introduce more localized components and adapt the cars to operating conditions in Russia.
The first model launched using new assembly technologies was the updated Evolute i-Spacе hybrid crossover. It is available in five-seater and seven-seater versions. This is the first series hybrid produced in Russia. The crossover has an updated design, an improved power plant and a redesigned interior that meets Russian conditions.
In December 2025, the installation of 12 V batteries, tires and wheels from Russian manufacturers will begin. It is planned to introduce body electronics, glass and interior elements. In the future, the addition of ABS and ESP systems, traction batteries, on-board chargers and drive motors from Russian suppliers. By 2032, the company aims to reach 5,500 localization points, which will make most of the Evolute car parts completely Russian.
