Claims from the "Remputmash" plant to the PKB "Avtomatika" exceeded 220 million rubles

The Yaroslavl plant "Remputmash" (part of the "Sinara — Transport Machines" group) has filed a series of claims for 220 million rubles against the St. Petersburg JSC PKB "Avtomatika". A bankruptcy claim against the defendant was registered in the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg, and five claims for debt recovery were registered in the Arbitration Court of the Yaroslavl Region.

It is known that among the claims of the "Remputmash" plant are 9 million rubles for the repair of special equipment, transportation and training of personnel, 71.9 million for the lease of property, and 31 million for the supply of equipment. The plaintiff also filed a separate bankruptcy claim for 8.3 million.

The press service of "Sinara — Transport Machines" stated that PKB "Avtomatika" "has not taken steps to repay the debt for a long time", and therefore insist on the right to file a bankruptcy claim.

It should be noted that PKB "Avtomatika" is a design and construction bureau that specializes in control systems, pilot-navigation complexes and hydraulic actuators.

According to data from open directories, the company develops autopilots and control means for both civil and highly specialized equipment.
