UMG has developed the first Russian 40-ton industrial material handler. This was reported by the press service of the Government of the Tver Region.
The prototype E350WH material handler has been assembled and has begun testing at the "Tver Excavator" enterprise. The machine will be tested not only at the proving ground, but also under real operating conditions.
Previously, only imported analogues of such equipment were supplied to Russia. The E350WH material handler is created on the basis of domestic components and technical solutions.
The E350WH's ground-level handling radius is 16 meters. The maximum reach height is 17.5 meters.
The grapple volume can vary from 0.8 to 1.5 cubic meters (depending on the type of cargo). Load capacity is up to 4 tons. The rotation speed of the rotary platform is 9 revolutions per minute.
The E350WH operator's cab can be raised to a height of 6 meters for improved visibility. The machine can be used for loading wood and bulk materials, as well as scrap metal.
