Individual first aid kits (APPI) and medical products developed by specialists from the Kalashnikov concern have been successfully tested in the Special Rapid Response Unit (SOBR) of the Rosgvardia. This was reported in the press service of the concern.
Military personnel highly appreciated QuikMed hemostatic bandages based on kaolin with an X-ray contrast strip. During the testing, it was confirmed that the dressing stops bleeding within just 3-4 minutes.
Almost all medical products from Kalashnikov can be used by security forces, disaster medicine personnel, and EMERCOM rescuers, the concern's press service emphasized.
