During the flight of the low-cost airline "Pobeda", the robot Volodya mastered the role of a flight attendant assistant — he greeted customers on board, helped check boarding passes, and together with the crew conducted a demonstration of emergency rescue equipment.
Passengers of the airline met the experiment with interest — many took photos with Volodya for memory and filmed videos.
The low-cost airline is open to introducing innovative solutions that help improve customer experience and expand service capabilities, the company noted.
Of course, technologies complement, but do not replace people.
At the same time, the airline is ready to use robots in work processes, provided that the legislation and society are ready for innovation.
