Passengers of the airline greeted the experiment with interest — many took photos with Volodya as a souvenir and filmed videos.
The low-cost airline is open to introducing innovative solutions that help improve customer experience and expand service capabilities, the company noted.
Of course, technologies complement, but do not replace people.
At the same time, the airline is ready to use robots in work processes, provided that the legislation and society are ready for innovation.
