Almaz-Antey Air and Space Defence Corporation will modernize air defense systems (ADS) for foreign customers, taking into account real combat experience. This was announced by Vyacheslav Dzirkaln, Deputy General Director of the concern, on the eve of the Dubai Airshow 2025 international aerospace exhibition in Dubai.
According to him, the Concern, as a subject of military-technical cooperation (MTC), offers, among other things, options for modernizing previously supplied equipment.
However, I want to emphasize once again: life has shown that the combat potential of most products has not been fully revealed. In fact, personal experience gained by crews means a lot.
Dzirkaln added that the skills of the military have a noticeable impact on the success of the result when repelling air strikes. Future air defense specialists, who are trained in Russian universities, are already receiving knowledge taking this experience into account.
As a reminder, the flagship products of Almaz-Antey Air and Space Defence Corporation are the S-400 Triumph and S-500 Prometheus anti-aircraft missile systems.
