After the completion of the modernization of "Severnaya Verf" by 2030, the company's productivity will increase 15-fold, which will allow building up to 11 medium- and large-tonnage vessels per year.
The project also includes the introduction of large-block assembly of ships, automated cutting and welding lines, modern shot blasting and painting chambers, and the construction of covered slipway positions.
The reconstruction will significantly reduce the construction cycle and increase the technical readiness of ships to 90% even at the slipway stage.
The comprehensive modernization of the "Severnaya Verf" USC is aimed at creating a modern high-tech shipbuilding complex that ensures the creation of strategic advanced ship models based on modern technologies.
It will not only increase the technical capacity of the enterprise, but also create up to 4 thousand new high-tech and highly paid jobs.
