The Russian Ministry of Defense has filed a lawsuit against JSC "KBP named after Academician A.G. Shipunov." The military department intends to recover more than 506 million rubles from the Tula enterprise; the case has appeared in the file cabinet of the Arbitration Court.
The process is closed to the public, like all similar cases.
The Shipunov Design Bureau was founded in 1927. The company produces high-precision Pantsir-M anti-aircraft missile systems, Kornet anti-tank missile systems, and Krasnopol artillery systems.
The company's product line also includes Hermes-A missile systems, Berezhok and Bakhcha-U fire control systems.
As a reminder, this is not the first such case against the Shipunov Design Bureau. In September, Tulamashzavod filed a lawsuit for 1.2 billion rubles against the enterprise.
