Это бан: эксперты призвали ввести «черные списки» с запретом на полёты для авиадебоширов

Experts believe the current fines for offenders are very low

In Russia, there are lenient penalties for air rage passengers: fines usually do not exceed 1–1.5 thousand rubles. Roman Gusarov, editor-in-chief of Avia.ru portal, stated in an interview with NSN that stricter measures are needed to solve the problem, including "blacklists" of passengers with a ban on flights for a certain period.

The expert's comment followed an incident on a Moscow — Sukhum flight, when a passenger smoked a cigarette on board and refused to extinguish it. After landing, she was handed over to the police, where she paid a fine of 1.5 thousand rubles. Gusarov noted that such penalties do not correspond to the potential danger of the actions of the troublemakers.

The expert emphasized that increasing fines could be effective, but even large sums remain insignificant for business class passengers. In his opinion, only the introduction of federal "blacklists" with a ban on flights for a period of one to five years can really limit such behavior on board.

Gusarov concluded that strict sanctions and a systematic approach to air rage passengers can ensure safety and discipline in the aviation industry.
