The hydrographic boat "Lot" of the Mariner-1000 project joined the fleet of "Rosmorport" in early October. The vessel has already started its work.
"Lot" will conduct depth measurements in the waters of various ports of the Azov-Black Sea basin, including Temryuk, Taman, Kavkaz and Crimea.
The vessel has increased seaworthiness. Its dimensions are 10 meters in length and 3.6 meters in width. The boat was built at the St. Petersburg shipyard Marine Pro Boats and equipped with two diesel engines with a capacity of 270 hp each.
The boat is built of aluminum-magnesium alloy. It accommodates 2 crew members, 2 hydrographers and, if necessary, 4 passengers.
The maximum speed of "Lot" reaches 22 knots. The vessel demonstrates excellent handling when moving on a tack at low speed. The first sounding will be carried out in the port of Temryuk.
