The Rostec State Corporation has officially presented the Su-35S multi-role fighter of the "4++" generation in the image of a robo-gyrfalcon. The combat aircraft was included in Rostec's "Combat Monsters" project.
Rostec recalled that the gyrfalcon is the most effective predator of its kind and the largest representative of the falcon family.
Usually, the gyrfalcon attacks from above, its victims are ducks, waders, and other waterfowl. These birds are found in Siberia, Kamchatka, and other regions of our country with harsh climates. Gyrfalcons are trained for falconry, they learn well and demonstrate excellent results.
Our "4++" generation Su-35S fighters are capable of hitting a wide range of targets, can operate, including in the Arctic, and are regularly supplied to the troops.
The state corporation added that the Su-35S is a "universal soldier," a modern weapon, advanced avionics, and exceptional maneuverability of which allow it to cover air groups and gain air superiority. The combat vehicle is armed with guided and unguided missiles of various types.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that the fiber-optic FPV drone "Zanoza" developed by the "Groza" project hits 80% of targets.
