The Kalashnikov Group (part of the Rostec State Corporation) has equipped the SKAT 350 M reconnaissance drone with a unique HD infrared camera with a night vision module, entirely of domestic production.
The new equipment is designed for observation and filming in low light conditions and will be installed on serially produced aircraft.
SKAT 350 M differs from similar UAVs of other manufacturers by its high-performance payload, a modern module with updated algorithms that facilitate the operator's work in capturing and stably tracking targets, as well as a reinforced structure adapted for parachute landing.
The wingspan of the SKAT 350 M is 3.2 m, which allows it to perform tasks at different altitudes. During each operational flight, the SKAT 350 M covers a distance of at least 240 km, staying in the air for up to four hours.
SKAT 350 M acts as a targeting tool for the Iskander-M operational-tactical missile system.
Earlier,www1.ru reported that the fiber-optic FPV drone "Zanoza" developed by the "Groza" project hits 80% of targets.
