A real price war has begun in the Belarusian car market. Lada Vesta sedans and Belgee S50 (Geely Emgrand localized in the country) now cost almost the same.
The basic Lada Vesta can be purchased for 48,900 Belarusian rubles (about 1.33 million Russian rubles), which is 1,800 Belarusian rubles cheaper than the previous price. The cost of Belgee S50 is 49,900 Belarusian rubles (approximately 1.35 million Russian rubles).
Cars that are almost identical in price are equipped with a manual transmission. However, in the Belarusian car market there is a model with a CVT that, when converted to Russian rubles, costs the same as Lada Vesta. We are talking about Chery Arrizo 6. In Belarus, it is presented in a single, but rich configuration with a 1.5-liter engine with 113 horsepower.
