The Max messenger users now have access to the document signing service, which is implemented using the "Gosklyuch" chatbot. To use the service, you need to update the messenger to the latest version, as well as have a confirmed account on "Gosuslugi" and an electronic signature certificate, the messenger team said about the fresh useful innovation.
The document signing procedure has several phased steps:
- find the "Gosklyuch" chatbot by name in the messenger search;
- confirm the profile for the first use of the bot using "Gosuslugi";
- upload documents;
- select the type of electronic signature and confirm the signing.
If the user does not have the "Gosklyuch" application, Max will redirect him to the application store for installation. When you first start "Gosklyuch", the user will receive the necessary electronic signature certificates. After confirmation, the signed documents in the mobile electronic signature format will be waiting for the user in the chatbot.
Note that previously, signing documents via Max was possible only at the initiative of the company. The organization sent the client an agreement for signing in the messenger, a link was attached to the file to seamlessly launch the "Gosklyuch" service, where the user signed the document with an electronic signature.
As a result of functional integration, now the user can sign the document himself and send it to the interlocutor.
