The hydrofoil "Meteor 120R" can reach speeds of about 65 km/h

The new "Meteor" will soon undergo the necessary test voyages in order to enter its regular route Rostov - Romanovskaya - Rostov - Taganrog in the future navigation season.

The Governor of the region noted that the return of the good tradition of traveling around the region by water will further reveal the beauty of the region.

It is both convenient and picturesque: new views outside the window, a sense of space and freedom. Our task is to consistently replenish the fleet, and we will continue this work.
Yuri Slyusar, Governor of the Rostov Region

The 36-meter hydrofoil can reach speeds of about 65 km/h and is capable of traveling up to 600 kilometers without refueling, which is equivalent to 8 hours of autonomous navigation. Passenger capacity is up to 120 people, as well as 6 crew members and service personnel. A spacious cabin with panoramic glazing, aviation-type seats, air conditioning and multimedia equipment are the main advantages of the vessel.

In the Rostov Region, two Valdai passenger ships also operate on river routes, which have transported about 50 thousand passengers in the directions of Azov, Bagaevskaya and Semikarakorsk.

I am sure that this transport will be in demand today, and the number of passengers will only increase. Our task is to support this with the growth of the fleet of ships in the future.
Yuri Slyusar, Governor of the Rostov Region
