The Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Central Scientific Research Automobile and Automotive Institute" (NAMI) has filed applications for registration of the "Aurus" trademark for cosmetics, aromatic candles and diffusers. The applications were submitted to the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) on September 18, 2025 in Moscow.
According to the Rospatent electronic database, at least three applications for the "Aurus" trademark have been filed, including a version in Russian. The documents indicate the classes of the International Classification of Goods and Services, covering cosmetic and toilet non-medical products, as well as aromatic products.
As a reminder, since May 2021, Aurus cars and motorcycles have been produced under the "Aurus" brand at the plant in Yelabuga (Republic of Tatarstan) and at NAMI facilities in Moscow.
