Russia is moving closer to independence in aircraft construction. This was stated by the Managing Director and General Designer of JSC "ODK-Aviadvigatel", Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Alexander Inozemtsev.

He noted that even the United States cannot produce these technologies without cooperation with other countries, which emphasizes the significance of Russia's achievement in this area.
