AvtoVAZ has started production of an improved version of the Lada Niva Legend with a side airbag for the driver and the "ERA-GLONASS" system with automatic activation. The updates will improve the safety of the car.
Prices for the updated versions of the Lada Niva Legend start from 1,077,000 rubles for the basic Classic configuration and reach 1,235,000 rubles for the top-end Black version. The Luxe and Urban variants cost 1,162,000 and 1,216,000 rubles, respectively. The Urban and Black configurations also include fog lights, which improve visibility in difficult weather conditions.
At the same time, AvtoVAZ continues to offer previous versions with a manual "ERA-GLONASS" system and without a side airbag, which are 18-26 thousand rubles cheaper. Prices start from 1,059,000 rubles for the Classic to 1,209,000 rubles for the Black.
AvtoVAZ has confirmed plans to launch production of updated models. The Lada Niva Travel with a new 1.8-liter engine producing 90 hp will go into series production in the fall of 2025, and the Niva Legend with a similar engine in the spring of 2026.
