С 1 ноября налоговая сможет списывать долги напрямую с карт граждан без решения суда

A notification will first come to "Gosuslugi"

Starting November 1st, a new procedure for collecting tax debts comes into force in Russia. Money can be debited directly from a citizen's bank card without a court decision. This is reported by the Federal Tax Service. The process will begin after notification on the "Gosuslugi" portal, if the taxpayer does not file an objection within the specified period.

Previously, recovery required judicial intervention and could take months. The new mechanism allows the tax authorities to automatically debit the debt in a matter of days. At the same time, the taxpayer retains the right to challenge the debit by filing an objection through "Gosuslugi".

For citizens, this means the need to more carefully monitor notifications and check accruals. Errors in calculations or technical failures may lead to the debiting of funds, which will have to be challenged. Lawyers warn that the return of illegally debited money can be a long and difficult process.

The authorities explain the innovation by the desire to increase tax collection and speed up the recovery process. Digitalization allows the state and banks to work faster, but increases the responsibility of citizens for monitoring their accounts.

Experts advise regularly checking "Gosuslugi", enabling push notifications, tracking tax payment deadlines and having a reserve in the account. If errors are detected, you must immediately file an objection to suspend the automatic debit.

From November 1st, Russians will have to be more careful: the system speeds up the recovery process, but increases the risk of unpleasant situations due to errors. The effectiveness and convenience of the new procedure will be shown by the practice of the coming months.
