The "Progress MS-30" spacecraft has successfully completed its mission, the Roscosmos press service reported.
On September 9, the cargo ship was deorbited, entered the dense layers of the atmosphere and disintegrated. According to the Mission Control Center of TsNIIMash, the unburned elements of the ship's structure fell in a non-navigational area of the southern Pacific Ocean.
"Progress MS" is a Russian automatic spacecraft designed to service orbital stations. It was used to deliver various cargoes to the International Space Station (ISS), including fuel, scientific equipment, oxygen, water and food, as well as to adjust the station's orbit.
