Крупнейший российский производитель электроники остался без денег и погряз в судебных исках

"PC Aquarius" faced 16 lawsuits for 20 million rubles

Russian electronics manufacturer "PC Aquarius" has faced 16 lawsuits in the last month for more than 250 million rubles.

The plaintiffs include printed circuit board supplier Gran Group, distributor Axoft, and contract electronics assembler ALT master. Aquarius stopped fulfilling its financial obligations to counterparties back in January of this year. This problem persists to this day.

The main reason for this situation was the lack of funds due to a cash gap. Other market participants also note that other companies in the industry are experiencing similar financial difficulties amid the cooling economy.

A representative of Aquarius said that the difficulties with fulfilling payment obligations are temporary. The company has already overcome the main problems and, after "important changes in the management structure," seeks to fulfill all reasonable requirements of its counterparties.

Earlier www1.ru reported that the Ufa Diesel Locomotive Repair Plant went bankrupt.
