The Paritet shipyard in Yaroslavl has launched a high-speed passenger boat of project L390, which meets the requirements of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping. This is reported by the press service of the classification society.
The boat is designed for regular high-speed transportation and is intended for operation on suburban routes, as well as for tourist and special transfer services. An important feature of the design is the original wind protection device made of fiberglass, installed above the rubbing strake of the vessel. This solution provides a high level of comfort for passengers during the trip.
The project was developed by the Force Technology design bureau (St. Petersburg). The vessel is designed to carry up to 18 passengers and two crew members. The boat will transport passengers in the Perm region.
Main characteristics of the L390 project vessel: maximum length - 11.95 m; length at summer load waterline (LWL) - 10.2 m; overall width - 4.1 m; draft at LWL (γ = 1.025 t/m³) - 0.56 m; overall draft (including protruding parts) at LWL - 1.5 m; displacement at LWL - 7.3 tons; crew - 2 people. A number of characteristics will be clarified based on the results of the heeling test and acceptance tests. Project class symbol: КМ⍟ HSC Passenger-A.
