Russia sees no restrictions in discussing military-technical cooperation with Turkey and is ready to discuss not only air defense systems. This was stated by the head of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSMTC), Dmitry Shugaev.
According to him, Russia has a long history with its Turkish partners regarding the S-400 anti-aircraft missile systems.
We offer comprehensive maintenance of the systems that they have in place. Given that some time has passed, and it is necessary to maintain the appropriate combat readiness, this requires basic maintenance.
Shugaev emphasized that Russia is ready to discuss not only air defense with its Turkish partners. If there is such a need, there are no restrictions or special topics.
