Russia sees no restrictions in discussing military-technical cooperation with Turkey and is ready to discuss not only air defense equipment. This was stated by the head of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSMTC), Dmitry Shugaev.
According to him, Russia has a long history with its Turkish partners regarding the S-400 anti-aircraft missile systems.

Shugaev emphasized that Russia is ready to discuss not only air defense with its Turkish partners. If there is such a need, there are no restrictions or special topics.
