Maxim Liksutov: The reserve of electric vessels of the "TFRP.401" project will ensure the uninterrupted operation of routes along the Moscow rivers

Ekobuses "Pehorka" and "Lyuberka" have joined the fleet of regular river electric transport in the capital

Moscow has expanded its fleet of river electric transport with two new ekobuses — "Pehorka" and "Lyuberka". They will replace the existing electric vessels on regular routes. This information was disseminated by the website of the Mayor of Moscow, citing the Deputy Mayor for Transport, Maxim Liksutov.

Our year-round river electric transport still has no analogues in the world. In June, with the opening of the third route Novospassky — ZIL, modernized electric vessels were launched on the line. Also, by the end of the year, our fleet will be replenished with the electric vessels "Rudnyovka" and "Samorodinka".
Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport

The choice of names for electric vessels follows the capital's tradition of naming them after small rivers. In particular, the vessel "Pehorka" is named after the left tributary of the Moscow River, and "Lyuberka" is named after the river flowing in the southeast of the city.
