Pilots of Ka-27 anti-submarine helicopters searched for enemy submarines

Crews of more than 20 aircraft and helicopters of naval aviation of the Baltic Fleet practiced a set of combat training tasks over the mainland part of the Kaliningrad region and over the Baltic Sea.

Crews of multi-functional Su-30SM, Su-30SM2 fighters and Su-24 bombers played out tactical episodes with practicing tasks to destroy command posts, manpower and surface ships of a mock enemy.

Also, pilots of Ka-27 anti-submarine helicopters performed flights to a specified area of the sea to detect the surface situation and search for enemy submarines.

Crews of Mi-24 and Mi-8 attack and multi-purpose helicopters, while covering ground units, carried out training approaches to attacks on ground targets of a mock enemy.
