Starting September 1, major Russian telecom operators began providing subscribers with the ability to use the Max messenger without consuming internet traffic, according to the Ministry of Digital Development.
The service is available to T2, Beeline, MegaFon, and MTS customers connected to tariffs with unlimited access to messengers. Users can exchange messages, make calls, and use other application functions without additional costs.
