Yandex has introduced two new mechanisms in the real estate rental service: "auction" and "bargaining," which optimize the process of finding and renting housing. The "High Demand" tag is now used for the most popular listings. Landlords have the opportunity to increase income from renting real estate, view online tenant profiles with proposed rates, and choose the most profitable offers.
The bargaining function is marked with the tag "Negotiable." Key advantages include quick tenant move-in, flexible pricing, and the ability to reach a compromise between the tenant and the landlord. Landlords can receive offers with a new price and even make counteroffers if the initial price is not satisfactory.
New tools are available in 17 cities in Russia, including Moscow and the Moscow Region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don, Sochi, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg, Voronezh, Samara, Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, Tyumen, Omsk, and Ufa.
