A service for concluding real estate lease agreements in electronic form has been launched on "Gosuslugi". Now you can rent or lease an apartment without a personal meeting — even while in different cities, the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia reported.
The "Cian" service was the first to integrate the technology, and other platforms will be connected to the system in the future. Authorization of the parties takes place through "Gosuslugi", which guarantees the authenticity of identity and documents. The ownership of the housing is also confirmed, and most of the contract data is filled in automatically.
If the contract specifies that the owner provides the tenant with temporary registration, a draft application to the Ministry of Internal Affairs will be automatically generated. All fields will already be filled in, you only need to check the data.
After signing the document via "Gosklyuch", the tenant has the opportunity to immediately apply for temporary registration online.
