The tuning company RCI Service has turbocharged a serial LADA Vesta NG SW Cross crossover wagon with a six-speed manual transmission. This is the first known case of modifying this power plant with a turbocharger in Russia.
After the installation of the turbo kit, the engine power increased to approximately 180-200 hp, and the torque to 250-280 Nm. This made it possible to reduce the acceleration time from 0 to 100 km/h from the factory 10.8 seconds to 7-7.5 seconds. The maximum speed increased to 220 km/h. Additionally, an exhaust manifold and a stainless steel track were installed, and the pump was replaced.
The development of the turbo kit is based on the experience gained by the company between 2021 and 2024. The kit is designed to maintain the factory layout of the engine compartment and is designed to work with the standard piston group. All installation and adjustment work is carried out in the new RCI Service service center in the suburbs of Samara.
The company provides a guarantee exclusively for assembly and adjustment.
