A Lada Granta belonging to racing driver Vladimir Sheshinin is up for sale. The car is priced at 1,500,000 rubles, negotiable.
The car is a bright yellow Lada Granta FL, which participated in the Russian Circuit Racing Series in 2019–2020. Sheshinin became the champion of the "Touring-Light" class in 2020 with this car.
Technically, the car is prepared for racing: it has twin-tube shock absorbers, a differential lock, a cable gearbox and a 1.6-liter engine with a capacity of approximately 190–200 hp. In competitions, the hatchback regularly bypassed rivals — Ford Fiesta, SEAT Ibiza, Volkswagen Polo, Kia Rio and Renault Twingo Sport.
In recent years, the car has been used for training; now the owner has decided to sell it.
For comparison: a new "civilian" Lada Granta in the Sport version is offered by dealers for approximately 1,649,000 rubles in the updated Life and Enjoy trim levels.
