«Gosklyuch» electronic signature implemented in Max messenger

The integration aims to simplify the procedure for signing electronic documents

Users of the Russian digital platform Max can now sign electronic documents using the «Gosklyuch» mobile electronic signature without leaving the Max messenger.

«The «Gosklyuch» mobile electronic signature technology has been integrated into a messenger for the first time,» the company's press service explained. The innovation will allow clients of banks, telecom operators and other organizations to issue consents to the processing of personal data, conclude contracts and sign additional agreements directly in the chat.

For the convenience of clients, the company sends them a document via Max. The attached file will contain a link to launch the «Gosklyuch» service, which allows you to sign the document with an electronic signature. After signing, the client will be able to return to the messenger to download or share the signed file. The first companies will have access to this feature by the end of the year.

Previously, the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia explained that the integration of «Gosklyuch» with the Max messenger is aimed at simplifying the procedure for signing electronic documents. The department explained that the use of the messenger itself is not required to work with the electronic signature service.
