The United Aircraft Corporation (UAC, part of Rostec) has sent another batch of new multifunctional generation "4++" Su-35S fighters to the troops. The state corporation spoke about the key combat features of the aircraft.
Fighters of this type allow you to perform any tasks assigned to the army, from escorting aircraft to covering ground objects.
Su-35S is one of the most highly effective combat aircraft in the world, it is armed with long-range air-to-air and air-to-surface guided missiles. It also has an onboard radio-electronic countermeasures and defense system and other advanced electronics that make the fighter a real thunderstorm for the enemy.
Rostec emphasized that the corporation's aircraft factories maintain a high rate of aircraft production under the state defense order. Several batches of Su-35S fighters have already been transferred to the troops this year, and this process does not stop.
Su-35S is a transitional link to fifth-generation aircraft complexes. The power plant based on new engines with a digital control system and a controlled thrust vector can significantly improve the maneuverability and flight performance of the aircraft.
