The Archangel project has successfully worked out the destruction of a mock target by interceptor drones operating in conjunction with a carrier aircraft. A video of the complex's tests has appeared online.
With its help, interceptor drones were lifted to a height of 1.5 km, and then approaches to the target were practiced. Moreover, the target was not only a drone, but also an escort vehicle.
The UAV carrier also acts as a repeater for operating on targets beyond the radio horizon relative to the combat control point.
Such tandems can also effectively work on strike unmanned boats of the enemy in the sea area.
