Perm Shipyard has completed the modernization of production and localized the full cycle of construction of innovative floating stop complexes Ecostation. The total investment in the project amounted to 294 million rubles, some of which was provided by the Industrial Development Fund.
As part of the modernization, 40 units of new equipment were purchased and installed, including automatic welding complexes and overhead cranes. This allowed the company to abandon the services of third-party contractors for metalworking and improve the accuracy and speed of production.
A series of five new stop complexes is scheduled to be launched and sent to Moscow in September 2025. Previously, the shipyard had already manufactured and delivered 19 such complexes to the customer. After reaching full capacity, the company will produce up to 13 units of this product per year.
A distinctive feature of the complexes is a mechanical coupling, which not only fixes the vessel at the pier, but also recharges electric transport. According to the company, there are currently no analogues to this solution in the world. The stops are equipped with a buffet, a toilet, Wi-Fi and sockets for passengers.
Since 2023, the strategic investor of the enterprise is the "Emperium" group, which produceselectric ships "Moscow".
