A new gas pipeline with a length of 30.3 km has been commissioned in the village of Sokolovo, Zonalny District, Altai Territory.

The construction of gas distribution infrastructure will allow connecting 821 houses to gas. As part of the project, five gas reduction points have been installed. According to the company, residents have submitted 384 applications for additional gasification, of which 380 contracts have already been concluded. To date, networks have been connected to 362 sites, and 39 households have been connected to gas supply.

The work was carried out as part of the gasification program of the Altai Territory for 2021–2025. It is planned to build gas pipelines in the cities of Yarovoye, Slavgorod, Rubtsovsk and 26 other settlements in the region.

Gazprom Gas Distribution Barnaul LLC, part of the Gazprom Mezhregiongaz group, is engaged in gas transportation, construction and maintenance of gas networks in the Altai Territory.
