The department has filed a series of new lawsuits for a total of 176 million rubles. This statement is a continuation of previously filed lawsuits, the amount of which exceeded 30 million rubles at the end of May.
In June, the Ministry of Defense had already applied to the Arbitration Court of Moscow with a demand to recover 13 million rubles from Russian Railways. It is worth recalling that on March 31 of this year, the department filed lawsuits for a total amount of 90 million rubles, of which the largest claim amounted to 34 million 323 thousand 707 rubles.
