The first Tenet crossovers, produced at the former Volkswagen plant in Kaluga, have been registered in Russia.
According to Avtostat-Info, three Tenet T8 cars, listed in the database as Chery Tenet T8, were registered with the traffic police last month.
The official start of Tenet sales has not yet been announced. The T8 model is a reworked Chery Tiggo 8 Plus, adapted for the Russian market, with three rows of seats and all-wheel drive. The Tenet T7 model, an adaptation of the Chery Tiggo 7, has also been declassified.
