In 2025, the Pavlovsky Bus Plant (PAZ) will launch mass production of the Citymax 8 bus, adapted for urban and suburban transportation and meeting the accessibility requirements for all categories of passengers. Preparation for production is in full swing.
Citymax 8 is a bus with a monocoque body 8.1 meters long, designed for 32 passengers. The cabin has 21 seats facing forward, as well as three additional folding seats. Thanks to the large glazing area and the orientation of the seats, traveling in this bus is as comfortable as possible. The bus has a pneumatic rear suspension for a comfortable ride, and its body is made using durable and corrosion-resistant composite materials.
The bus is equipped with a 2.5-liter diesel engine with a capacity of 150 hp, compliant with the "Euro-5" standard. It is paired with a 6-speed gearbox. The braking system is pneumatic, with disc brakes on all wheels.
