Russia, in the event of a successful deal to supply fifth-generation Su-57 multirole fighters to India, will earn more than $10 billion, experts at the Chinese publication Baijiahao estimated.
They noted that the global arms market is a very competitive area, where the winner gets multi-billion dollar orders.
Russia is probably closer than the rest to concluding an agreement, it turned out to be the most suitable partner. Moscow can benefit significantly from this deal, earning more than $10 billion.
The Russian Su-57 has a more affordable price compared to the American F-35 counterpart, and is also unpretentious in operation and more reliable.
The Russian machine also has impressive firepower and high maneuverability. In general, it is better suited to India's needs, the experts added.
