The Arbitration Court of the Chelyabinsk Region has begun considering a lawsuit for the bankruptcy of the company "Construction Resources." The claim was filed by the tax inspectorate, and the amount of debt according to the stated claims is 523.1 million rubles.
"Construction Resources" acted as a contractor for the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. In February 2024, the company was seized to secure a claim related to the recovery of 43.9 million rubles, but, apparently, the amount of claims has increased.
The process has been ongoing for over 1.5 years, and court hearings in the case are held behind closed doors. The next hearing will take place on September 9.
