The Arbitration Court of the Chelyabinsk Region has begun considering a lawsuit for the bankruptcy of the company "Construction Resources." The claim was filed by the tax inspectorate, and the debt amounts to 523.1 million rubles according to the claims.
"Construction Resources" acted as a contractor for the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. In February 2024, the company was seized to secure a claim related to the recovery of 43.9 million rubles, but, apparently, the amount of claims has increased.
The process has been ongoing for over 1.5 years, and court hearings in the case are held behind closed doors. The next meeting will be held on September 9.
